Opening Summary

What you are currently reading, hearing, or watching is the very beginning of a substantial body of work, created with full, open-eyed intent to effect major political and social changes in a very short period of time. 

The acute purpose of this work is to stop and reverse the currently ongoing overthrow of the United States government, and to harden our democracy against future attempts of similar nature. 

The work asserts to present solutions which are legal, viable, ethical, and avoid any attempt to call for, provoke, condone, validate, or encourage conflict, violence, destruction of property, or further dissolution of the ties that bind us all as Americans, and as human beings.

You will find within the following content:

• An introduction
  • A summary description of what this is and why.
  • An introduction of your author to the general public, to set aside basic initial questions of sourcing, intent, motivation, and legitimacy as a ground-level grassroots American-based movement, conducted in good faith and the best interests of the people.
  • A basic overview of what I’ve chosen to label “Watch and Learn,” including why I chose that label.
• A section relating to direct action and public protest (labeled parts 1 thorugh 5)
  • A quick overview of the historical impact of public protest.Caveats related to operational security and resisting co-option and infiltration by counter-intelligence actors, including those seeking to instigate and provoke violent or destructive action.Explanations of why these caveats are relevant
  • A list of mostly well-known strategies and tactics to remember and employ if you choose to involve yourself in public protest and direct action during this difficult and challenging time in our nation’s history
• A section dealing directly with the tactics and strategy of this specific people’s movement:
  • Describing the current situation and explaining why it must change, and why we cannot wait for the normal processes as they’re currently implemented.
  • clear demand for clear action with clearly defined consequences and clearly defined and properly implemented solutions,
  • a fully detailed action plan, and
  • a clearly defined “win condition.”
• The final section, which is the true meat of the matter.  The details of this are being closely held until release, but I have started internally referring to this part of the work as the “Eureka Project” when the connections necessary to arrive at this plan became clear, I felt much like I imagine Archimedes must have before leaping from his bath.  (One might consider “the Eureka Project” to be the applied manifestation of all the information, strategy, and tactics contained in the work that builds up to it.)
  • This section will provide the precise details and arguments of the plan including step-by-step instructions for everyone involved, which ultimately will include tens of millions of Americans in fairly short order.\
  • Due to the nature of this information and the need for discretion and some element of surprise, this section will be first issued in its longest and most complete form, and then re-released in smaller packages similar to the rest of the project. 

Current Project Status

At the time of this writing on March 10, 2025, it is my great hope to have the entire work published by March 20^th, but it must be anticipated that this goal is aggressive and may not be practically attainable.  In any event, it must and will be finished and fully released for action as quickly as I possibly can.

You will also find, almost certainly, any number of grammatical errors and careless pronoun shifts – I here, we there – and so forth.  I’ve done my best, I’m one person, and it’s going to have to be what it is when it’s done. 

I want to be clear: this work is not “in progress” in any way save for making it consumable.  Every bit of it is already written down in drafts and notes.  Half of it is ready to film for video and audio distribution as of current writing; that part will be finished by the time you read, watch, or hear this.  The rest will be completed over the next several days as the first half is released in sequence. 

The final result should be a series of regular content drops every few hours – at least every twelve, but we’ll see how much content we have – that creates a seamless and complete whole: the people’s movement, complete with goals, strategy, tactics, and other ancillary materials already packaged conveniently and ready for highly effective mass public action at the simplest and least difficult levels, leading to the removal of the despotism growing like a tumor on our democracy.

While it is not in any way my intent to draw attention to myself personally or professionally, nor to profit in any way from this movement and these actions, limited resources and the possibility of being subject to external censorship make it highly advisable to centralize this information as a subsection of my existing website at https://johnhenry.us, and to leverage my existing social media accounts for primary release of all related material.  While I’m present on many social media platforms, I am most active on my Facebook page at https://facebook.com/johnhenryus and regular updates will be posted there as well.

If that page goes down, you can also find me on networks like Bluesky and Mastodon – not Twitter! – by searching for that username, JohnHenryUS.  Most of this material will also be duplicated on other platforms including Medium, Substack, and Patreon.  If I remember to do it, I’ll use the hashtags #watchandlearn and #eurekaproject, but I’m also not trying to create a hashtag campaign.  If you want to, I recommend those.  They’ll speak for themselves soon enough.

Meta Arguments

I’ve made these choices not as a matter of branding or marketing but as a best and most practical way of avoiding it.  I have the space.  There’s no particular value to the movement, the people, or our nation’s future in building up some in-group and identity and brand. 

Disclaimers

This is a people’s movement, not a marketing campaign or publicity tour or mailing list.  There will be nothing to join, no t-shirts, no subscriptions, no events.  I doubt I’ll even build a separate website for the thing – there’s no need for it.

The content will not be loud or flashy, nor will the shorter content and memes derived from it.  This is not a joke, and it’s not a party.

We’re not collecting any sort of user information.  What you will see is the entire point of the exercise, although the exercise itself may prove to be part of a larger evolutionary process.

Project Plan

Everything will be presented in a series of posts and videos with the same information in multiple formats and sizes and clips and memes for various forms of consumption and analysis. 

In order to ensure the foundations are properly laid and we don’t rush to build a poorly-planned edifice, that information will be released over time, in sequence.  Some of the content, e.g. the sections related to the author’s biography, are not anticipated to be particularly popular or useful in terms of propagating the movement, but will be demanded by some – and rightfully so – early on, so we’ll get that out of the way during the early content.  After that, I can remove myself more fully from the content and you can expect a sequence basically like any other well-formed training seminar or online class: each subsequent part building on the last until the picture is complete.

I believe this is the most effective way to balance the demands of time to create all of this with the urgent nature of the tasks at hand. 

A final note: if you watch or read the longer versions of this content you may find a few things repeated or a few places that seem less than natural.  This is to facilitate editing into smaller pieces, without having to take the time to record multiple times.  We just don’t have that kind of time.  Thanks for your patience.
